Delivery methods

Order processing:

  • Orders placed through the official TEA LANE DÉLICES online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation.
  • All orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday). If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, images, prices, promotions, stock, ingredients, or other information or content on this website. We cannot confirm the price of goods before the order is shipped. We reserve the right to modify or update website information, or to cancel orders due to inaccurate or incomplete information. We will not deduct payment from your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If we cancel an order after deducting payment from your credit card, we will refund the full amount paid to your account. Zhenli International Limited reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our terms and conditions.

This website offers the following delivery services :

  • General delivery service (limited to Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Mainland China only)

Except for promotional activities specifically noted on the official online store, shipping costs in Hong Kong are generally handled as follows:

  • Enjoy free shipping on net purchases of HK$1,500 or more.
  • A shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged for purchases with a net amount less than HK$1,500.

For purchases between Macau and Mainland China, free shipping is offered on net orders over HK $2500. Orders under HK$2500 incur a HK$200 surcharge. (Approximately 7-10 business days)

Delivery area in Hong Kong:

  • Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery services are not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Waterfront Road, all country parks, Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Lin O, Plover Cove, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Tai Miu, Sheung/Ha Wo Che, Fa Sin Hang, any controlled areas and areas where trucks are prohibited, Discovery Bay, and outlying islands.
  • Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address.
  • Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you need to have your items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Typical delivery time:

  • Under normal circumstances, standard delivery will arrive at the delivery address within 7 business days. Orders to remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 1 to 2 business days to arrive.
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sundays and public holidays: No delivery service.
    • Order processing and delivery are only available on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
    • Delivery times may be extended during holidays or extreme weather conditions.
    • Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Zhenli International Limited will not be responsible for incorrect addresses on orders.
    • If you are unable to receive your package for personal reasons, please contact the courier service directly to make arrangements.
    • Sending to outlying islands may take an additional two days.

Hong Kong order return or refund procedure

Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges after receiving the goods.
